Carlos Eduardo Julca is a seasoned lawyer with more than a decade of experience in the areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and international tax planning, with a list of clients that includes large multinational companies and ultra high net worth individuals. During his time in Silicon Valley he helped broker various M&A deals, mainly targeting the acquisition of intellectual property (IP) in the technology sector. He is a qualified Accredited Investor under the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) with access to investments in private offerings of early stage companies and other venture capital opportunities.

He is highly proficient in the valuation and pricing of IP, including but not limited to trademarks, know-how and trade secrets developed by various parties aiming to subsequently sell their IP in the open market. He is primed to utilize the skills and network he developed working as Legal Counsel to an S&P 500 tech company, an NLJ 500 law firm, a boutique law firm, and numerous non-profit organizations in an effort to make introductions, provide advice and guidance that is contemporary and relevant to today’s female athletes and influencers.

He holds a Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University. A current resident of Boca Raton, his legal practice focuses on corporate and tax law and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, his unofficial second home.
